There are three kinds of body type. Each body type tells what kind of body structure you have. Reading this briefed information will help you to find your body type. Ectomorph people have attracting body structure. The percentage of body fat is very less in their body. It is very difficult for them to increase their body weight, rather they do a determined diet plan for weight gain. They should consume food which has more protein and carbohydrate content in it. This, in turn, will help them gain a considerable weight. The preferred ratio of carbs and protein is 1:2.

Body fat in mesomorphs is balanced. Their muscles are stronger than others. these people are capable of reducing as well as increase their weight as their wish. Mesomorph people are advised to reduce their protein intake. 20-30 percent protein intake is more sufficient in their day to day calories consumption. They are advised to take foods which are prepared with wheat, oats and millet. Red rice also good for them. Also, they can use olive oil and sunflower oil.

Endomorphs have more body fat. Also, their body fat may increase without trying. They look plumper. It is advised to divide their meal into a small portion that is six times. They should reduce sugar intake. Drink more water. Include more vegetables (especially green vegetables) and fruits. Do not use maida flour and junk foods. Increase their proteins intake instead of carbs.
