GM diet plan – This is one of the best weight loss diet plan target to reduce 3-7 kg in a week depend on your body metabolism without any side effect. General Motors Diet plan is developed by General Motors Inc. USA initially for their employees and later it become so popular in worldwide. This diet plan had tested at John Hopkins Research Centre and has been distributing since 1985.
GM diet plan is so easy to follow and cheap as well since it is the combination of fruits and vegetables without any capsules and expensive powders. And also, a natural way to reduce your body weight as well as cleanse your whole body systems.

GM diet plan – Rules
Please follow these rules for better results
- Do not forget that your body system should adjust to this plan since you ever try this. So first two days there will be chances of a headache and drowsiness. Try to adapt this situation in case if you get. But nothing to worry.
- No other beverages except water and tender coconut. Strictly no alcoholic beverage, smoking and tobacco products.
- A minimum 0f 3-5 litres water intake is compulsory for all seven days.
- Do not eat any other food which is not mentioned in this plan.
- vegetarians can eat boiled brown rice with salt instead of beef on 5th, 6th and 7th day.
- Milk which you use should be skim milk.
- Divide your meals into six and have more water in between if you feel hungry. Intervals we can plan as 8.00 am, 10.30am, 12.30pm, 4.00pm, 6.30 pm and 8.30pm.
- Go to bed after two hours of dinner.
- Check your weight before starting this plan.
- Morning walk at least 2km will give you a better result than your expectation.
- While eating and throughout the day feel that My weight is reducing and this food is taking out all impurities from the body.
Remember this, after your 7-day course also your weight reduction process will continue up to 4 days in your body system. Therefore, if you check your weight on the 5th day of the course also, you feel happy that your body weight again put down.

GM diet plan – detailed explanation
Day 1 – Fruits day
First is called as Purification day, you can have any fruits except banana. Start your day with two apples. Remaining meals watermelon and muskmelon are preferred. Add one orange with other fruits in your dinner.
Day 2 – Vegetables Day
Any vegetable you can eat. Raw vegetables are more preferred. But start your day with two baked potatoes. It will give you more energy.
Day 3 – Combination of fruits and vegetables
Any fruits except banana and any vegetables except potato you can have throughout the day.
Day 4 – Only warm milk and bananas
This is the day of comfort. You feel so easy on the 4th day to compare to previous days. On every meal one glass of warm skim milk and 2-3 bananas you can eat.
Day 5 – Beef/Brown rice with tomatoes
Every meal you can eat 10 oz of cooked lean beef with one or two tomatoes. Vegetarians can eat boiled brown rice with little bit of salt instead of beef. But have one or two tomatoes with your every meal.
Day 6 – Beef/Brown rice with vegetables
Eat unlimited beef/ brown rice with any vegetable except potatoes in every meal.
Day 7 – Brown rice with fruit juice and vegetables
Boiled brown rice with salt and any vegetables you can eat today. Drink any fruit juice with every meal.
